Required Materials
- Provided: Wooden hammer, wedge, herbal oil, compress ball (or bring your own if preferred)
- Participants should wear comfortable clothing
- Optional: Small towel or cloth for oil work
⚠️ Important Note
Tok Sen should not be performed on individuals with serious health conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, active inflammation, or cancer.
Participants will also learn safe application principles and how to assess clients properly before treatment.
